Rules of the House-
Check-in / Check-out Times: To allow us to have the home properly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, we ask that guests check-out by 10:00 AM and that new guests arrive after 2:00 PM. Check-out on time is particularly important as our cleaning personnel normally start cleaning the house promptly upon the day of check-out. If an early check-in and/or a late check-out is needed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate this.

Minimum Stay: There is a 2 day minimum stay requirement-In season-May-Aug +Please inquire if you need alternate accommodations, or longer stays. Max allowed-4 Adults and 2 children under 12 years of age.

Reservation Payments: Full payment for the cost of the reservation is required upon booking.

Cancellations: Cancellations that are made 14 days or more prior to arrival, will be refunded in full. Cancellations after 14 days of arrival receive no refund. Cancellations on reservations made for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and/or Labor Day weekend are not refundable. There will be a $5 service fee on all cancellations.

No Smoking in the house: anything-includes vaping.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

We ask that you leave the vacation rental the same way you found it. There is a small list of things to do before check out. It is located in the kitchen on the wall.
